A pleasant meeting between the vineyards of the Bologna hills to present a book and an author.
Thanks to my friend Stefano Bugamelli, well-known journalist in the food sector and author of the preface to the book "25" La Grande Meridiana by Cassini, we spent a wonderful evening with excellent quality food accompanied by the excellent wines of Podere Riosto born in its very modern cellar.

Thanks to his friend Sergio Alabiso and the kind collaboration of the councilor for culture of the municipality of San Zenone, Cristina Cremaschi, the book "25" La Grande Meridiana by Cassini was presented in a beautiful noble room in the presence of a competent and interested public
The evening, very pleasant and interesting, ended with a welcome buffet and the distribution of copies of the book signed by the author.

Always thanks to my friend Stefano Bugamelli I was able to present my book "25" La Grande Meridiana by Cassini to all the friends of the World of Taste. The site that Stefano personally takes care of dedicated to all that is the best of Food in Italy has hosted me and I hope that the regular visitors of this excellent tool of knowledge of Italian Good Food have enjoyed the intrusion.
I hope to be a welcome guest for the next publication of my second book.
